(Bad Credit Score)17% = $24,026 total loan payment
vs
(Good Credit Score) 2%= $15,930
See the difference?

SFHDC, along with partner McCormack Baron Salazar, has received approval for approximately $6.1 million in pre-development loans for the preservation of 194 public housing units at the Hayes Valley North and South developments.
Project renovations will involve improving essential functions of the buildings including structural upgrades, windows, energy efficiency upgrades, exterior painting and apartment fixture upgrades. Additionally, energy efficiency improvements will be performed.
Ms. Beiro, who has extensive real estate asset management and lending and portfolio management experience, has begun serving as the newest member of SFHDC’s Board of Directors. Since 2010, she has served as the director of asset management at Enterprise Community Investment – a leading provider of low-income housing tax credit equity – identifying and resolving problems related to construction and equity agreements, and providing regular analysis of financial performance and site visits. She previously was interim president and chief operating officer/executive vice president of Citizens Housing Corporation, a nonprofit affordable housing developer.
“I am impressed with SFHDC’s mission and commitment to San Francisco’s underserved neighborhoods, including the Western Addition, where I’ve lived for over 20 years,” Beiro said. “I am hopeful that my professional experience in affordable housing finance and development, as well as my prior board experience at other nonprofit housing organizations, will allow me to be a strong contributor on the SFHDC Board.”
More than 100 Bayview area youths will be ready for Back to School thanks to a backpack donation event presented by SFHDC on Aug. 16 at the Oakdale Community Center, which also featured a STEM Hub hosted by Dev/Mission, games, food and arts and crafts.
