Hercules in The Bayview: Theatrical Reading and Community Dialogue
Presented by Theater of War Productions
Hercules in the Bayview is an innovative social impact theater project that presents dramatic readings by acclaimed actors of scenes from Euripides’ The Madness of Hercules–an ancient play about an unspeakable act of violence–as a catalyst for powerful audience driven dialogue about the impact of violence upon individuals, families, and communities today. Each performance is followed by community panelist remarks and a facilitated town hall discussion.
