Great News! The SF Shipyard is excited to announce 7 new homeownership opportunities within 2 condominium buildings!

We are excited to announce that 7 New Affordable Homes are now up for sale at The San Francisco Shipyard!  In order to qualify, buyers’ household income may not exceed 80% of the 2016 San Francisco Average Median Income (AMI).

Household Income Limits are based on total number of people who will be living in the home:

one person household $60,300
two person household $68,900
three person household $77,550
four person household $86,150
five person household $93,050
six person household $99,950
seven person household $106,850

Over the next 10-15 years, The San Francisco Shipyard will be building approximately 12,000 new homes where 30% of them will be affordable to ordinary working folks like us! This is very exciting considering the rise in the city’s housing cost and the impacted need for affordable housing. Currently, the income limit is up to 80% AMI, but additional plans are in the works to add homes affordable for households earning up to 120% AMI!
